About You
You have an analytical, process-oriented mind and are excited by the idea of building a Revenue Operations team from scratch. You know your way around Salesforce better than most. You speak Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and you think a lot about sales funnels. You think the best kind of data is clear, connected, and universal. You’re passionate about tech sales and comfortable in a growing SaaS environment. 

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for maximizing revenue via a combination of pipeline optimization, funnel analysis, and operational excellence
  • Develop and manage universal key performance indicators across revenue teams, including funnel analysis and forecasts
  • Create and maintain the models and reports for productivity and team planning, identifying gaps and generating recommendations based on these analyses
  • Provide visibility and transparency into business performance via dashboards, executive analyses, board materials, etc.
  • Align with other company leaders to create and present data-driven business cases for strategically valuable projects
  • Collaborate with other Revenue team leadership members to create sales playbooks and training materials to enable better go-to-market alignment
  • Analyze and present recommendation regarding rules of engagement and pricing/discounting
  • Periodically review sales compensation models and make recommendations that align with company strategic goals
  • Evaluate, recommend, and assist in the implementation of software and services for our Revenue teams
  • Proactively monitor the Revenue team’s process consistency to ensure high-quality customer data
  • Collaborate with company leadership, product engineering, sales, and marketing to align our internal goals with customer needs

Your Qualifications 

  • 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or account management, or a combination of these areas
  • Diverse skillset spanning sales and marketing operations, reporting and analysis, sales tech and martech stacks, and sales enablement
  • Passionate about helping customers achieve their business goals
  • Flexible and adaptive to evolving business needs and processes
  • Passionate about mentoring and developing others through servant leadership
  • Dedication to meet and exceed team goals
  • Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail
